Order cancellation policy:
The customer has the right to request cancellation of the order within a maximum period of 24 hours from the time of the order.
If this period is exceeded, the cancellation request will be rejected.
This policy applies even if the order includes shipping and delivery, as advertised by us.
In case of delay in delivering the order, the customer has the right to cancel the order and get a full refund if more than 15 days have passed, according to the regulations and laws.
AURADOR Order Return Policy
You can certainly request a return as long as the shipment is intact, in its original condition, unopened, and undamaged. This can be done through communication channels or by submitting a return request through the customer service center.

If the customer wishes to return one or more products after receiving the order, the customer pays a return shipping fee of only 25 riyals, and these amounts are deducted from the customer's refund.
If the perfume box or shipping carton is damaged, a fee of 25 riyals will be deducted from each carton of perfume.
Customers are allowed to try an estimated 10 grams of incense products, and if more than that is used, the price of the product will be deducted.
If the customer agrees to the compensation, he is not entitled to request a refund again.
Cases where refunds are not possible:
When submitting a return request after the specified time, which is 3 days from the date of receiving the request.
When using or opening the product, or when it is damaged, or when it is not in the same condition as when you received it.
Where a trial sample of the original product is sent to the customer .
When the perfume box or printed shipping carton is damaged.
Oil products are not covered by the exchange and return policy.

If you receive a damaged product or shipping carton, you must contact customer service within 12 hours to request a replacement ticket.
If the specified time is exceeded, the application will not be accepted.
How to get a refund after submitting a refund request:
If the purchase was made using your credit card, you can get your money back. Upon receiving your request, we will refund the amount to your credit card account or whatever electronic payment method you used. The time it takes to receive the refund varies depending on your bank and may take up to 15 days to get the refund.
If the customer requests that the amount be transferred to an account other than their bank account, they must contact the same mobile number registered in the request.
Replacement policy:
