Discounts, codes, offers and gifts policy attached

AURADOR discounts, offers and codes are subject to certain terms and conditions.

1- Discounts are a direct reduction on the product on the website.

2- The discount can be used via codes that are used either through the website or other websites that market the store.

3- Cashback codes do not work as a full discount at one time, but rather on separate orders with a specific maximum limit for each code.

4- Discounts and codes are subject to either free shipping or not, according to the code and advertising policy.

4- Discounts do not include all products on the site, according to the available sales policy, and codes can be used for this purpose.

5- Codes often contain a minimum purchase amount as well as a maximum discount amount.

6- The customer can inquire about all the details of offers, discounts and codes before purchasing through the social media channels available on the website.

7- The cashback (100%) codes can only be used if the order has been received and only once. They cannot be used by anyone other than the buyer or published.

8- In the event of using codes, they will be automatically cancelled if there is no prior order that warrants cashback.

9- Discount codes do not apply to offers and discounted products.

10- The return and exchange policy does not include orders (second product) in which cashback codes, discount codes and offers are used.

11- If the customer receives the second product and requests a return of the main product, both orders must be returned, and a return is not accepted without the second product.

12- If there is a guarantee in the influencer's advertisement, the customer can get a full refund without returning the product if the order is placed within 24 hours of the date of the influencer's advertisement on social media platforms. After this period, the customer is not entitled to keep the product.

13- Cashback codes are valid for 30 days from the date of receiving the order, and the customer is not entitled to claim cashback after the expiry of the period.

Gift policy with orders:

If we announce gifts included with orders, each order will be accompanied by a random gift, either an additional product, a physical gift, or a discount card.
